  • We accept returns & exchanges if you:

  • notified in writing to within 24 hours of receiving our item 

  • upon our confirmation of receiving your email you must then ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days.

Conditions of return:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, items that include earrings (include individual earring purchases) and Nose rings or studs cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Any customised items cannot be returned or Exchanged 

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and securely packaged

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

  • We recommend our customers to use tracked services to avoid loss of return parcels
